- Are you okay?
“We generally ask “ How are you?” Are we really interested in knowing how the person actually is? How the person is feeling? “
However,
Time is changing, countries are becoming more powerful than before, there is a race to show themselves happy, peaceful, joyful & prosperous every side.
Yeah, may be world can be a beautiful place for all of us but When you look with your conscience or at people around you, you will know the world can be a cruel place and all the peace and friendship can end in just the blink of an eye.
No matter how much you try to differentiate yourself from others, the truth is that you are to some extent a reflection of rest of the world.
We are all in an era where we share our daily routine on the social media. There are smiling selfies, photos, status, memes, stories etc. But no one knows how many problems and pain are hidden behind those smiling pictures & laughing jokes.
It is really very hard for everyone when we hear about sucide, people are suffering from depression and looking for a sign. “Depression!” This word has taken more lives than any weapon, it’s so painful that it controls a person to express the simplest of thoughts. People don’t talk about it as much as they talk about other diseases.
Most of us have been struggling with mathematics for many years, while many have been struggling with another subject. Few people come out of broken relationships and may not know how to move on. Some people are struggling with their jobs, yet they cannot leave it because they have a family. Maybe some people have parental pressure.
“ Depression eats away at your confidence, and you get lost in that, and forget that you’re enough just as you are,” @Ellen DeGeneres
Million people worldwide suffering from depression and anxiety, when it’s come to countries, India is the most depressed country in the world according to WHO.
While living with depression and anxiety in countries like India is not really a easy task.
Because things like mental illness and stress are not given much attention here,
There are types of misconception in our Indian society towards mental illness. People are ignorant & lack of awareness about depression, shortage of psychologists psychiatrist, any person can ever come in a state of depression no matter your age, background, and status of.
We are all surrounded by some problems. Yes, our society has issues but we also have solutions. But for that, we have to come together and help each other out when we have such a platform.

You don't need to say " I Love you " you need to ask " how are you? "
